Why Choose LLP?

  • Separate Legal Entity: The LLP has its own legal identity independent of its partners and can own assets, enter into contracts, and conduct business in its own name.
  • Lower Compliance Burden: Compared to Private Limited Companies, LLPs have simpler compliance and governance requirements.
  • No Minimum Capital Requirement: An LLP can be started with any amount of capital contribution.
  • Flexible Management Structure: The LLP Agreement governs the rights, duties, and profit-sharing arrangements, providing flexibility in management.
  • Perpetual Succession: The LLP continues to exist regardless of changes in its partners.
  • Ideal for Professionals & SMEs: LLPs are widely preferred by consultants, CA firms, law firms, architects, agencies, and growing service businesses.
